Family Resource Toolkit is available to RASA families in English and Spanish, containing information and resources about rights, current DPS policies, training, mental health support, DPS resources, community resources and more. The toolkit is a comprehensive guide designed to assist families in creating personalized action plans in case of deportation or prolonged absence. It provides practical tools and advice on organizing critical documents, managing legal and financial matters, and developing communication strategies. Please take a few minutes to review this resource.

Update Students’ Emergency Contacts: 

Families can now update students’ emergency contact information as needed throughout the school year and provide alternative contacts if no parent or guardian is available. To make these updates, families will use this step-by-step guide (also available in Spanish) to add, remove or modify emergency contact updates for students in Infinite Campus.

Parent Portal Login Support

If families are unable to log into Parent Portal because they forgot their username and/or password, refer to the MyPortal Support Contact webpage for links to reset. Note: Families will need access to the email address associated with their Parent Portal account.

Families will need to submit a support ticket or call 720-423-3163 for the following:

  • Missing a student account.
  • Failing usernames or passwords.
  • Updating email addresses.
